Late at night, the silent parade wanders through urban streets. Shoes and boots, non-musicians decked in pennants and epaulettes march rhythmically – a silent fanfare. Pathos and poetry.

Start time 8 p.m. at Centre Jacques Auger, 9 p.m. in rue Laval, 10 p.m. in Place Aubry. We will then move towards the Byward market, last performance at 3 a.m. in Clarendon Courtyard.

Mélanie Larose has experience in creative dance, teaching and dance therapy. She is interested in life cycles and in the materiality of the natural world. Her work is characterized by the consciousness she has of her surroundings and the authenticity of the movements.

Sally Lee Sheeks completed her studies in Fine Arts, specializing in installation sculpture.  Her main interests lie in natural science and in the strong yet fragile essence of life.

Together, Mélanie and Sally share an awareness of their environment and of their own feelings. They have interests in physical science and are entirely authentic. They also know how to have a good time! Their work explores the complementary nature of their respective disciplines.
