Meet Champlain during the day and see him light up the night! Plain Chant is an interactive, sound and light installation that reacts to the voices of the audience. It was created by French artists, 1024 Architecture to mark the 400th anniversary of Samuel de Champlain’s passage through the region. Come see Champlain up-close during the day, and enjoy the spectacular view of the Ottawa River.

Presented for three days only at Nepean Point, behind the National Gallery of Canada. September 19 and 20, continuous loop from 7 pm to 11 pm September 21, continuous loop from 7 pm to 4 am for Nuit Blanche Ottawa+Gatineau. Presented by the National Capital Commission in partnership with the Embassy of France.
